Hillsborough County AMI based on Household Size
In order to qualify for the Homeowner Repair and Reconstruction Program, applicants must have household income up to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). As defined in the County's Action Plan, priority will be given to households with income up to 80% of AMI (priority 1 applicants), with secondary priority given to applicants between 80% to 120% AMI (priority 2 applicants). Process and Timeline
The application period for this program is now open! All CDBG-DR funds under the Homeowner Repair and Reconstruction Program will be awarded based on an application process to determine homeowner, property, and repair eligibility. All application information and updates will be made available on this site. Case managers will be available to assist residents with application submissions, application statuses, and all other program questions throughout the application period.

Rebuilding for Tomorrow Service Center
The Rebuilding for Tomorrow service center and pop-up schedule is also now open, with staff available to support prospective applicants at the address below. Service center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pop-up locations, dates, and hours will be continuously updated on the News and Updates page.

The call center supporting the Homeowner Repair and Reconstruction Program is now open! Residents can call (813) 540-7767 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for questions about the program and support with the application process.
